Renteria April 1, 2000, and is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business advocating for the military and Veterans by providing expertise in business development and joint venture opportunities with commercial corporations in concert with Public Law 106-50.  The ARRC™ is built on a benevolent business model whereby a portion of work and a percentage of profits are donated to Southwest Veterans' Business Resource Center, Where Communities Serve Veterans a California non-profit public benefit corporation that support active duty military and their families, and Veterans. And founded by Albert R. Renteria. Renteria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Master of Science degree in Electronic Commerce.
